Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice with the exception of animals that we have received a deposit for.

Deposit

A deposit of 20% is required to reserve animal(s). If your deposit is for a future hatchling the deposit is not refundable if we produce the animal you ordered. If your deposit is for an animal in our current inventory we will hold the animal for a prearranged period of time and the deposit is not refundable. If for any reason you are unable to take possession of an animal you have reserved, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, a credit may be issued at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due in full before animal(s) can be released. We accept the following methods of payment at this time: Paypal (various payment methods available - see below), personal cheque or cash. However if you pay with a personal cheque the animal(s) will not be released until the cheque has cleared.

Guarantee

Ark Reptiles guarantee all animals to be healthy and feeding.

All Leopard geckos are temperature sexed and we will do our best to ensure that your chosen gecko is of the sex stated. However, please note temperature sexing is not 100% reliable and obvious signs of gender are not always apparent until they are sexually mature.

The gender of snakes will only be determined when we feel they are of appropriate age or size. Where gender is stated you must verify the gender of your purchase within 72 hours. If we have incorrectly sexed the snake then we will replace with the correct gender (dependent upon availability) or refund at our discretion.

If you are unhappy with your new purchase you must email us within 48 hours (30 days for Enigma Leopard Gecko Morphs) from purchase. We will exchange/refund as appropriate but reserve the right not to refund if we believe the problem has arisen through poor handling, poor husbandry or failure to quarantine.

Courier/delivery.

Courier delivery can be arranged at a cost. However, we would prefer that animals are picked up from us wherever possible or from one of the many shows we will be attending.

We will consider personally delivering animals within an 80 mile radius subject to an agreed cost.

We realise the above options may not always be appropriate or convenient but we are thinking of the welfare of the animals.

We do not ship outside the UK.

Payment Plans 

We are very happy to do payment plans or hold animals with a reasonable deposit. You pay a deposit and you choose the payment terms. Once we agree, we will house, clean and feed your animal until it is paid for in full. Once we receive the final payment, the animal is yours. Please note, we consider a payment plan a commitment to purchase. Once we have agreed terms (confirmed by email) and you start payment, if you cease making payments before the full amount is paid, any payments made become Non-Refundable. However we may agree to pass credit towards another animal of similar value.
